What we collect and why
If you request access or use a workspace, we process the name, email, company and other details you provide. We use them to review invitations, sign you in, deliver reports, answer requests and protect the service. Your workspace may contain preferences, saved facilities, notes, reports and activity visible to authorized users in your workspace and to operators where needed for administration or support.
We store salted password hashes and use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Requests may be processed with IP or account information for rate limiting and security. Operational records can include account or workspace identifiers, report and facility identifiers, timestamps and service activity. The separately hosted owner preview also uses its hosting platform’s sign-in.
Cookies, analytics and providers
Optional pageview and referral analytics are off. We use the session cookie for account access and limited browser storage for functions such as remembering unfinished owner operations. We do not sell account information or use it for targeted advertising.
The standalone hosting provider will be listed when confirmed. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process connection information, logs and application data to operate and secure the service. When you open the dashboard map, your browser requests tiles from OpenFreeMap and sends network information such as your IP address and the tile requested. The map provider describes its logging in its privacy policy.
Agency records and sharing
Facility findings and supporting documents come from public agency records. These can include names, signatures and business contact details. We present relevant records with dated context. We may disclose information to service providers for operations and security or where required by law. We do not collect payment card information for this beta.
Retention and your requests
We retain information as needed to manage access, operate workspaces, resolve incidents and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Limited copies may remain in backups until those backups rotate out. You can contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or flag a record that contains personal information. We may verify your identity and explain any records we need to retain. Changes to official records are made by the issuing agency.

The beta is intended for adults using Florida Tank Desk for business. Contact us if you believe a child’s information was submitted through an access form.
