Access and accounts
Florida Tank Desk is an invitation-only business research beta for users aged 18 or older. Use an invitation issued to you, protect your password and let us know if someone else may have accessed your account. You may agree for a company only if you are authorized to do so. Beta credits are limited, have no cash value and carry no subscription or automatic charge.
Using the research
Use the dashboard and reports for lawful research, including internal evaluation and discussion with your authorized team. Public agency records remain subject to their own rules. Access does not grant rights in our software or permission to resell access, distribute our compiled reports commercially, scrape restricted areas, evade limits or interfere with other users.
Respect applicable privacy, outreach and marketing rules. Do not use facility or contact information to misrepresent an agency relationship, harass people or imply that a facility needs work, lacks a contractor or is currently out of compliance without current evidence.
Evidence and decisions
Findings and reports are dated research. Source coverage and timing vary, and a record can change after a report is generated. Verify current status, deadlines, assignments and site conditions with the issuing agency, facility or qualified professional before acting. The service does not provide a regulatory determination, legal advice, a site inspection or an engineering certification.
Beta availability and changes
Features, credits and access may change during the beta. We may restrict access for misuse, security or legal reasons. The service and research are provided as available, subject to rights that applicable law preserves. We will present material changes to these terms before requiring your acceptance for continued beta access.
